Fresh Graduate Program
This program is tailored for recent graduates holding a Bachelor’s Degree, but do not have any teaching experience. It provides an opportunity for them to receive comprehensive training, secure job placement, and immerse themselves in a new culture while traveling. Participants engage in a yearly contract that facilitates career advancement in teaching English abroad.
Our dedicated team provides essential support, from providing extensive training in preparation for interviews and job placement, assistance in acquiring residency permit and legal work visa, to picking you up at the airport, setting up sim and bank account and much more, all to ensure a comfortable and fulfilling experience throughout the duration of the program.
Job Duties:
- Teach students in a classroom from kindergarten to high schools level 3-18 years old depending on your preference. Prepare lesson materials and Resources
- Select and use instructional methods and materials appropriate to the students and learning activities
- Responsible for organizing students in the class to carry out various activities with Chinese teachers
- Conduct daily class teaching activities, and is responsible for completing the art, music, science or other teaching activities assigned by the school for your class
- Utilize games, music, books, art, technology and other resources to teach basic skills and foster children development
- Collaborate with other teachers, instructors, and staff members to create an optimal learning, care environment and an appropriate classroom environment that is conducive to learning
- Follow school approved curriculum
- Encourage productive play
- Prepare materials, classrooms and other indoor and outdoor spaces to facilitate creative play, learning and motor-skill activities and safety
Details:
- Position: Full time English Language Teacher
- Student age: 2-6 years (mostly)
- Student group: around 20-30
- Work schedule: 8:00-4:30 Monday to Friday
- Locations: Shanghai, Jiangsu province and Zhejiang Province
Package:
- Monthly salary: 15,000 RMB Average
- Housing allowance: 3000 RMB/Month pre-tax;
- Flight Allowance: 6000 RMB;
- ‘Z’ work visa provided;
