Job Description
Our client is seeking a DTMS support/2nd level support engineer onsite in Zurich, Switzerland, the successful applicant will be tasked with monitoring and maintaining an organizations computer systems and hardware. You will be responsible for diagnosing any hardware or software faults with the systems and will solve the issues either in person or remotely
*Salary 82000-85000 CHF per year.
**The successful candidate must speak English and German.
Requirements:
• Good IT working experience in an ITIL environment at least 3-5 years
• Detail oriented and highly organised
• Accredited education in Information Technologies, qualified IT Specialist or equal
• Experience in IT support for current Microsoft, Apple and Android hardware and operating systems
• Good knowledge of ticket systems and Support processes/ Service Now Platform
• Local language on native level and good English in writing and speech
IT Technical skills
Device operations and maintenance of Desktop PCs, Notebooks, Smartphones, Monitors IT Support
2nd Level Office/Mobile Support
Server Hands on, Server Backup, Demo/Meeting/Training Rooms, Video Conferring, Printer Services
PC Imaging & Installation procedures, Intune/Autopilot/JAMF
Good Asset management skills
Good Working knowledge with Microsoft Technology and current Standard Office 365 Suite/ Azure AD
Network Hands on, Network Technologies & Administration (AD/DNS/WINS) for WAN/LAN/WLAN would be great
